6. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE MAGAZINE CLUB: Like a secret society of sort? I remember there was always some beautiful wandering dogs, ladies with sexy tangled hair, a wine glass permanently fused to one hand, and a paintbrush in the other.
7. HOW WAS YOUR FIRST SESSION? Pure sanctuary. Honestly, I initially used it that day as an alibi to escape somewhere I wished to avoid.
8. WHAT’S ONE COMPLAINT REGARDING T.M.C.: The severe lack of Via Maggio views from my current postcode.
9. WHAT’S YOUR SIGNATURE STYLE / CONTRIBUTION? Illustrations and painting.

WEEK 7 OF THE MAGAZINE CLUB INSTAGRAM TAKEOVERS: Nilla Vera Blomlöv

Miss Nilla has a magnetic style. Her pieces are sweet and magical and whimsical and quite sensual and nude but always elegant. She doesn't shy away from colour and her lines, sometimes classic sometimes contemporary, are always harmonious.
She knows how to harness beauty and spread it, but is never too serious for fun to come poking through her pieces.
During her week all of this shone through. She showed us her quick sketches on the road, as well as inspiring us with "a mad man locked up in an asylum, painting victorian fairies" and whisked us away on trip to the "Musée de la Vie romantique" (The Museum of the romantic life).
Thank you Nilla, we couldn't have asked for more!
